WK : Its No Longer Just Milkshakes And There Is More Than Just Boys In The Yard


Kelis has had many dreams beyond her milkshakes bringing boys to the yard, what many people do not know is that she is a graduate of  Le Cordon Bleu culinary school and has spent the past few years perusing her culinary dreams and it seems to have paid off. The former artist is now considered a top chef and has even released her own personal cookbook titled “My Life On A Plate,” back in 2014 and is planning to open up her own restaurant in LA within the next few months. Kelis has expressed that she feels as though cooking is another forum of creating but unlike music it gives the artist more control over their craft, she has even went as far as producing her own line of condiments. The first time the artist stepped out on the limb and attempted to make a living strictly off of food she ended up back in the music industry because she was not making money fast enough to support her family, she is now ready to pursue her culinary dream full time.
